"Dawn did it again for us! We received 5 offers In 12 hours and a few over asking price. Do everything she suggests and your house will sell so fast! She doesn’t leave any details out and she will treat your house like it’s a million dollar home, even when it’s I totally not. Her negotiation skills are superb and she genuinely cares about the home your choosing to purchase. It’s hard to find a realtor who cares just as much about about you as they do the commission. We have had excellent experiences buying and selling with Dawn. If your in the market for either, you won’t make a mistake by using her as your realtor."
